Travelers Legal
Protecting policyholder interests for litigated claims
Businesses can face legal action at any time for many reasons. This is why Travelers has an in-house law firm for claims against policyholders, representing and protecting their interests every step of the way.
Fully authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, our legal services are established through extensive and close collaboration with all parts of Travelers. Benefitting from claims experience that’s been built up over several decades, we aim to lead the way in offering an efficient and effective end-to-end legal service.
Why choose us?
- Our team are experts in their field, with extensive experience of dealing with often complex, high value claims and an understanding of commercial and reputational considerations.
- Our sole clients are Travelers’ own policyholders. We do not have the distraction of dealing with multiple insurer clients, or the politics and bureaucracy of a large law firm. Our focus is always on working as part of the Travelers team to achieve the best possible results for their policyholders.
- Our objective is to provide a high level of expertise, combined with an efficient and cost-effective service. We are results driven, not profit driven.
- We reflect Travelers’ brand and ethos, providing a consistency of approach and offering an extra layer of confidentiality.
