We understand that you have your preferred ways of doing business, depending on the type, size and complexity of the client you’re working with. That’s why we offer a range of methods for working with us and can write business on our company paper or via our Lloyd’s Syndicate.

If speed and convenience are the aim, a number of our products are available through our own online trading platform, MyTravelers^®, with experienced underwriters available to discuss any referrals. Products are also listed on Acturis.

Brokers

We work exclusively with brokers

Travelers’ UK-based offerings are structured to work exclusively through brokers. All UK Travelers policyholders must have an insurance broker who has an official relationship with Travelers through Travelers Insurance Company Limited, The Syndicate 5000 at Lloyd’s, Travelers Underwriting Agency Limited or Travelers Insurance Designated Activity Company.

If you are a broker/brokerage who would like to become a Travelers partner, we would be happy to discuss contracts. Please contact our Agency Department at agencyad@travelers.com with your location, contact details and FCA number, and they will ask one of our Regional Development Managers to make contact.
