• All information: Any emails or letters between you and the local authority council in relation to this.
• Photos, videos and evidence: If any specific public disorder incident or event lead to the revoking of your licence, video or photographic evidence might help your claim. If you have anything to help us better understand events we would like to see it.
• Impact to your business: In order for us to understand the impact, please keep records and have them available for us.  
• Our availability: Our claims specialist or loss adjuster will need to contact or visit you to understand exactly what’s happened and what evidence there is.
