Travelers Solicitors PI Post-Claim Wellbeing Service
Independent and confidential counselling, a benefit of Travelers’ PI policy
After covering professional indemnity (PI) claims for the legal sector for more than 20 years, Travelers understands that it's not uncommon for mistakes to happen that lead to a professional indemnity insurance claim. We know individuals in the legal services industry take great pride in serving the best interests of their clients, so missteps in any area can hit hard and have a significant impact on their personal wellbeing and performance. That's why we are proud to offer a post-claim wellbeing service in partnership with HelloSelf.
If an employee of a Travelers insured law firm is involved in a PI insurance claim, they will be able to email a dedicated address to arrange a video or telephone assessment with a specialist who can offer support. Each employee is entitled to an initial six sessions with a clinical psychologist. We may also cover additional follow-up sessions if the employee and their specialist agree they’re necessary, to support healthy mental wellbeing. These additional sessions are at the full discretion of Travelers and require prior approval.
