Specific platform expertise strengthened Travelers’ relationship with a broker working with a marine client
A marine client was working with a nominated broker who was tasked with registering its claims via the electronic case files (ECF) platform.
The broker advised Travelers that due to staffing changes, a colleague new to the industry would provide the information to the ECF platform.
